About the role

Social Intelligence helps organizations turn organic social media into a strategic business function, covering social media strategy, content planning, executive thought leadership, employee advocacy, SEO-aligned content, performance measurement and social listening. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist in Gujranwala who plans, executes and optimizes digital marketing campaigns across social media, search and other online channels to support brand awareness, engagement and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage social media profiles and create and schedule content
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze web and social analytics
• Prepare reports with actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align digital activities with business objectives
• Support SEO and content optimization initiatives
• Contribute to ongoing testing and improvement of digital strategies
• Stay current with industry trends, tools and best practices

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
• Background in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment and adapt to evolving digital trends
