Digital Marketing Strategist

About the role

TheSkinFit is seeking a creative, data‑driven Digital Marketing Strategist to own the customer journey across all digital touchpoints. You will shape the brand’s online presence, drive engagement, and accelerate e‑commerce growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated digital strategy across social, website, and paid channels aligned with business objectives.
• Design campaign concepts for sales events, product launches, and brand activations while maintaining brand voice.
• Create and manage content calendars, oversee production of reels, videos, posts, and influencer collaborations.
• Coordinate website campaigns, landing pages, and UX improvements with web developers.
• Partner with performance marketing to launch and optimise Meta and Google paid campaigns.
• Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and develop storytelling frameworks.
• Track KPIs, website metrics, and campaign performance; deliver actionable weekly and monthly reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Sciences, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, content marketing, or e‑commerce marketing.
• Proven track record managing social platforms for consumer brands and coordinating e‑commerce website campaigns.
• Demonstrated success in growing audience engagement and driving online sales.
