Director – Academics & Administration

About the role

The Group Director – Schools & Growth leads the overall performance and growth of the school network, combining academic leadership, operational management and strategic growth. The role ensures high-quality education, drives student enrollment, strengthens operational efficiency and secures the financial sustainability of the school group. It is an on-site position in Karachi.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all school principals and campuses, set performance standards, run regular principal reviews and align campuses with organizational vision
• Develop enrollment strategies, improve campus utilization, oversee admissions and identify expansion opportunities
• Ensure high academic standards, oversee curriculum and teaching quality, monitor student outcomes and run teacher development
• Monitor revenue growth and costs, work with finance on planning and budgeting, and fix operational inefficiencies
• Standardize operations, improve reporting and management controls, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Develop annual growth plans, track KPIs and report regularly to the CEO

Required profile

• Minimum 10-15 years of leadership experience in school systems or education management
• Proven track record managing multiple campuses or large educational institutions
• Experience driving enrollment growth and improving institutional performance
• Strong financial awareness and operational management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
