Director – Hospitality Food & Beverage

About the role

Indigo Heights Hotel, a distinguished 4‑star property, is seeking a dynamic Director of Hospitality Food & Beverage to lead its entire F&B operation. This senior leader will oversee both culinary production and guest‑facing services, ensuring excellence across all outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for restaurants, banquets, bars, room service, and the kitchen division.
• Coordinate closely with the Executive Chef to manage end‑to‑end kitchen operations.
• Develop, monitor, and control F&B budgets, forecasts, and P&L, driving revenue growth while managing food, beverage, and labor costs.
• Establish and enforce SOPs, service standards, and quality benchmarks for both kitchen and service teams.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate F&B managers, chefs, and service staff.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Partner with Sales & Marketing to design promotions, packages, and new outlet concepts.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 20+ years of progressive F&B experience, including at least 10 years in a senior leadership role overseeing both kitchen and service functions.
• Prior experience in a branded 4‑star/5‑star hotel is strongly preferred.
• Strong financial acumen with proven budgeting, forecasting, and cost‑control expertise.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross‑functional teams and manage crisis situations.
