Assistant Director Sales – Corporate Sales

About the role

Indigo Heights Hotel, a distinguished 4‑star property in Lahore, is seeking a dynamic Assistant Director Sales – Corporate Sales to lead and expand its corporate accounts portfolio. The role focuses on driving revenue through strategic corporate sales initiatives and building long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Drive corporate sales strategy to achieve and exceed room nights, banquet, and revenue targets.
• Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, embassies, multinational companies, and institutional accounts.
• Generate new business through proactive sales calls, client visits, and networking within the corporate sector.
• Prepare and negotiate corporate rate agreements, contracts, and proposals.
• Manage key accounts to ensure repeat business and long‑term partnerships.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and corporate travel patterns in Lahore/Punjab to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 10 + years of corporate sales experience in the hotel industry (3‑star or above).
• Proven experience in corporate sales within Punjab, preferably Lahore‑based.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
