About the role
Air University in Islamabad is recruiting a full-time Director Planning & Development. The position is open to experienced candidates with a proven record of managing large civil and infrastructure projects, and applications close on 2 November 2026.
Required profile
- MBA, MSc or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized university or institute, or an equivalent degree from a reputable foreign university.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in a senior leadership role overseeing major civil or infrastructure projects, preferably in educational or public sector environments.
- Proven track record of managing mega projects from inception to completion.
- Good understanding of civil engineering principles, construction management, budgeting and regulatory frameworks in public sector development programs.
- Maximum age of 59 years to apply.
