Senior Manager Operations

About the role

Walee Group is hiring a Senior Manager Operations in Islamabad. The role suits a strategic thinker with strong hands-on capability who can build systems, optimize processes and ensure seamless day-to-day operations while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end administrative and operational functions, drive execution of strategic initiatives and develop scalable systems, SOPs and process frameworks.
• Manage corporate administration, vendor management, contracts and service-level agreements, and optimize cost structures while maintaining service quality.
• Lead facilities management across locations, covering safety, maintenance, security and compliance, and plan office expansions, relocations and infrastructure upgrades.
• Oversee corporate travel policies and execution (domestic and international), and coordinate logistics for leadership and teams.
• Identify operational gaps, implement automation or efficiency improvements, set measurable KPIs and establish governance, reporting and operational dashboards.
• Partner with HR, Finance, IT and Business teams, support new initiatives and business launches, and act as a central coordination point for operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 8-12 years of progressive experience in operations, administration or service leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing facilities, travel, vendor contracts and corporate services; multi-location operations experience preferred.
