Director Search Engine Optimization

About the role

Europe Luxs® is seeking a seasoned Director of Search Engine Optimization to lead its organic growth strategy across all digital properties. This full‑time remote position will shape the SEO vision, drive traffic, and enhance qualified engagement for a high‑net‑worth audience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with brand and marketing goals.
• Conduct technical and on‑page SEO audits, and oversee site architecture improvements.
• Manage keyword research, content optimization, and on‑page SEO initiatives.
• Analyze performance data, identify growth opportunities, and implement conversion‑focused enhancements.
• Collaborate with content, product, and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated.
• Monitor industry trends, manage SEO tools and external vendors.
• Prepare and present clear performance reports and recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven success leading SEO strategy at a senior level, preferably in luxury, financial or high‑net‑worth markets.
• Deep understanding of technical SEO, on‑page and off‑page optimization, and search engine guidelines.
• Strong web analytics and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience working in remote, cross‑functional teams.
