Disbursements Sales Manager

About the role

Neem, the financial infrastructure for platforms and enterprises in Pakistan, is hiring a business development and sales manager to own sales of its disbursement and ledger products, from first conversation through to a live, transacting client. The role covers payroll, vendor, gig and seller payouts, as well as marketplace and platform disbursements.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pitch and close businesses that need to pay out at scale
• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, pricing and contracting
• Build and manage a pipeline of mid-market and enterprise accounts, with regular forecasting
• Lead commercial negotiations and structure deals for long-term value
• Grow existing accounts by adding Neem solutions such as collections, positioning Neem as a financial infrastructure partner
• Share market insight on product gaps and competitive positioning with the team and contribute to go-to-market strategy
• Represent Neem at industry events and in conversations with CFOs, heads of finance and operations leaders

Required profile

• 6 to 8 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in fintech, payments or banking
• Demonstrated experience selling disbursement or payout solutions (bulk payments, payroll disbursement, mass payouts, wallet or IBFT/Raast-based payments)
• Existing relationships with large employers, e-commerce and marketplace players, logistics firms, or payroll and HR platforms
• Track record of closing deals with finance, operations or technology buyers, with quantifiable results
• Good grasp of Pakistan's payment landscape: banks, wallets, 1LINK, Raast and SBP regulation
• Comfortable explaining technical products (APIs, integrations, reconciliation flows) to non-technical buyers
• Self-starter at ease in a fast-moving startup, aligned with Neem's core values
