E-Bike Production Manager (Lahore)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead the complete E‑Bike assembly operation in Lahore. The role combines hands‑on supervision of critical components such as batteries, motors and wiring with strategic planning to meet quality, cost and delivery targets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate daily E‑Bike assembly activities for a team of 20 staff.
• Monitor and control assembly processes for batteries, motors, wiring and other key parts.
• Develop, implement and enforce SOPs, safety protocols and quality control measures.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Quality Control and R&D to secure timely material supply and resolve production issues.
• Train, supervise and evaluate assembly personnel, manage shift schedules and support professional development.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels, minimise waste and ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare accurate production reports for senior management.
• Apply lean manufacturing techniques to eliminate inefficiencies and improve throughput.
• Utilise ERP systems to track production status, inventory and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly management, preferably in the e‑mobility sector.
• Proven ability to lead a team of around 20 personnel.
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills.
