E-Commerce Assistant

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic E‑Commerce Assistant to manage and optimise our product listings across eBay, Shopify and Etsy. You will play a key part in ensuring our online stores run smoothly, from listing creation to order fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit and optimise product listings on eBay, Shopify and Etsy, including titles, descriptions, keywords, images and item specifics.
• Process customer orders, coordinate with suppliers and monitor inventory levels to guarantee timely fulfilment.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly and maintain high service standards.
• Track shipments, handle shipping problems and ensure compliance with marketplace policies.
• Maintain accurate product data, spreadsheets and store records.
• Support promotional campaigns, store optimisation and daily store management.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• Based in Sahiwal and able to work on‑site.

Required skills

• Knowledge of e‑commerce platforms: eBay, Shopify, Etsy.
• Understanding of eBay listing SEO and optimisation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
