E-commerce Chat Support Agent (IT Hardware)

About the role

DSD Recruitment is hiring a Chat Support Agent for a client in the IT hardware industry, based in Gulberg, Lahore. The position is on-site, Monday to Friday, from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM UK time. Candidates need hands-on e-commerce customer support experience and a good understanding of IT hardware products.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through live chat and other online support channels.
• Help customers with IT hardware product information, pricing, availability and order status.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and give timely solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams on orders, deliveries and product issues.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow up when needed.
• Ensure a positive customer experience and high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Previous e-commerce customer support experience in an IT hardware company is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience managing live chat support.
• Good knowledge of IT hardware products and e-commerce operations.
• Ability to work on-site in Gulberg, Lahore during the UK-time shift.
