Appointment Setter (Remote)

About the role

Swyft Revenue, a medical billing and revenue cycle management partner, is hiring an Appointment Setter for a full-time, remote position. The role schedules qualified appointments with healthcare providers and clinic decision-makers so that the sales or consulting team can meet them.

Key responsibilities

• Contact leads by phone, email and other outreach channels and present Swyft Revenue's services.
• Secure appointments for the sales or consulting team.
• Maintain an organised schedule of calls and follow-ups.
• Update CRM or tracking systems with accurate lead and appointment data.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth hand-offs.
• Support lead generation, qualify prospective clients and communicate professionally and service-orientedly.

Required profile

• Strong appointment-setting and scheduling skills.
• Effective lead generation skills to identify, qualify and nurture prospective healthcare clients.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time well and use CRM or scheduling tools.
• Reliable internet connection, basic office software proficiency and a high level of professionalism and integrity.
• Experience in outbound calling, inside sales or appointment setting in healthcare, RCM or related fields is beneficial.
