E-commerce Creative Strategy Specialist

About the role

Komtora, a digital agency working with international e-commerce brands on growth, marketing, conversion optimization, creative strategy and AI-powered marketing systems, is hiring an E-commerce Creative Strategy Specialist. This is a 100% remote, full-time position in Pakistan. It is not a graphic design or video editing role: you define what creative should be produced, its message, target audience and why it should work.

Key responsibilities

• Develop advertising concepts, creative themes, messaging directions and creative testing frameworks for e-commerce brands
• Create hooks and multiple marketing angles, adapting messaging to customer awareness levels and audience segments
• Write concepts and scripts for Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and other paid channels, and create structured creative briefs for designers, video editors and content creators
• Research competitors' advertising strategies and creatives, and identify market patterns and winning formats
• Analyze ad performance using metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, CVR and ROAS, and iterate creatives based on results
• Use AI tools for creative research, market research, copywriting, ideation, competitor and ad analysis, and content development

Required profile

• Experience in e-commerce advertising, creative strategy, performance marketing, copywriting or a related field
• Strong understanding of direct-response marketing and consumer psychology
• Ability to write strong hooks and concepts, and to analyze competitors and creatives
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong English communication and writing skills; a portfolio of concepts, scripts, briefs or e-commerce work is highly valued

Required skills

• Comfort with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Meta Ad Library and TikTok Creative Center
• Understanding of CTR, CPC, CPA, CVR and ROAS
