E-Commerce & Digital Sales Intern

About the role

BrickCAD is an engineering design and product development company working with startups, manufacturers and industrial organisations on CAD design, prototyping and manufacturing. It is looking for a motivated intern to help grow its online sales, acquire new customers and expand its digital business. This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship at NSTP, NUST, Islamabad; high-performing candidates may move into a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Manage website product listings, descriptions, pricing and availability.
• Support online sales through websites, social media, WhatsApp and marketplaces.
• Identify potential B2B and B2C customers and generate sales leads.
• Respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotations and follow up with prospects.
• Conduct market and competitor research to find sales opportunities.
• Maintain customer databases, sales records and lead pipelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams on order processing and fulfillment.
• Track sales performance and suggest ways to improve conversion.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, Sales or a related field.
• Strong communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organised and eager to learn; previous sales or e-commerce experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; preference for NUST students and graduates.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of e-commerce and online sales.
• Familiarity with websites, social commerce and online marketplaces.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
