About the role
We are looking for an E‑Commerce Growth Operator to run a Shopify store from Multan, Pakistan. The focus is on generating sales and scaling the business, not on building or designing the website.
Key responsibilities
- Research and select products with proven sales potential.
- Plan and execute marketing and customer‑acquisition campaigns.
- Run, monitor and optimise advertising campaigns to maximise orders.
- Manage store operations, order processing and customer service.
- Track shipments, handle returns and continuously improve performance.
- Optimize conversion rates and scale profitable product lines.
Required profile
- Based in Multan and has hands‑on experience operating Shopify stores.
- Can demonstrate real sales results and ownership of the end‑to‑end e‑commerce process.
- Preferably open to a full‑time salary role or a profit‑sharing partnership.
