Sales Representative – Medical Devices

About the role

BTL Aesthetics, a global medical-device manufacturer, is looking for a Sales Representative to drive growth in Multan and surrounding markets. You will build and maintain professional relationships with clinics, hospitals and aesthetic practitioners, presenting our product portfolio and managing the full sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the assigned territory.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and customer meetings.
• Prepare quotations, sales reports, forecasts and maintain accurate customer records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for installations, training and after-sales support.
• Monitor market activity, competitor offerings and territory performance.
• Achieve agreed sales, activity and customer-service targets.

Required profile

• Proven ability to sell medical devices, healthcare equipment or similar technical products.
• Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation and account-management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and able to manage a territory independently.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned market.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Use of sales reporting tools and digital communication platforms.
