E‑Commerce Manager – D2C Fragrance Brand

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven E‑Commerce Manager to lead daily online operations for our direct‑to‑consumer fragrance brand. You will optimise conversions, grow revenue and ensure seamless coordination across marketing, merchandising and fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Shopify backend, optimise product listings, monitor site speed and align inventory.
• Oversee performance‑marketing agencies (Meta, TikTok), track ROAS and CAC, and optimise ad spend.
• Implement strategies to improve conversion rate, average order value and monthly revenue.
• Design and execute retention workflows via email and WhatsApp automation, discount programmes and loyalty initiatives.
• Brief the content team and UGC creators on trending formats, visual requirements and high‑converting ad angles.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience scaling D2C e‑commerce in Pakistan.
• Proven track record managing an online store or marketplace, with strong command of Shopify and performance‑marketing metrics.
• Solid understanding of product catalog management, online merchandising, pricing and promotional planning.
• Ability to monitor sales dashboards, web analytics, inventory data and conversion metrics, and turn insights into actions.
