Ecommerce Professional

About the role

TheAppMedia is looking for an Ecommerce Professional to manage its online storefront operations from Rawalpindi. You will ensure product information is accurate, orders are processed smoothly, and customers enjoy a seamless shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, images, categories, and inventory across ecommerce platforms.
• Monitor orders, payments, fulfillment status, returns, and respond to customer queries.
• Review storefront content for accuracy, consistency, and timely publication.
• Track performance indicators and prepare regular reports on sales, traffic, conversions, and stock levels.
• Support promotional campaigns, merchandising updates, and enhancements to the online shopping journey.
• Identify operational issues and suggest process or platform improvements.

Required profile

• Working knowledge of ecommerce platforms, online catalog management, order processing, and digital merchandising.
• Ability to create and maintain accurate product titles, descriptions, attributes, images, categories, and pricing.
• Understanding of inventory coordination, fulfillment workflows, returns, payments, and customer support processes.
• Basic ability to interpret ecommerce metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, and order value.
• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, time‑management and clear written and verbal communication.
