Ecommerce Project Manager

About the role

EcomFlint, an eCommerce consultancy with over 12 years of experience, offers store setup, marketing and conversion optimisation services. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Ecommerce Project Manager in Multan who will oversee end-to-end eCommerce projects, from store setup and platform configuration to the implementation of marketing and conversion strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan project timelines and coordinate tasks across design, development and marketing teams
• Ensure deliverables meet scope, quality and budget requirements
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare progress reports and report on expectations, risks and outcomes to clients and stakeholders
• Identify optimization opportunities and align projects with business goals
• Support continuous improvement of processes and results

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience with major eCommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Walmart) and basic familiarity with SEO and digital marketing
• Prior experience managing eCommerce or digital projects is preferred

• Analytical skills: interpreting data, tracking KPIs and making data-driven decisions
• Clear communication with cross-functional teams and clients
• Understanding of sales principles such as funnel management, upselling and performance tracking
