Education Counselor – Sales

About the role

SalesIMC Certifications is hiring an Education Counselor to connect with prospective students, understand their career goals, recommend suitable certification programs and convert leads into enrollments. The position is full-time and on-site in Karachi, working Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students by call, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Understand students' career goals and recommend relevant certification programs.
• Handle inbound leads and follow up promptly to maximise conversions.
• Explain program details, benefits, eligibility and enrollment procedures clearly.
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales, enrollment and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, education counseling, admissions, telesales or customer-facing roles.
• EdTech, education sales, BPO or telesales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills; confident in closing leads.
• Target-oriented with a proactive approach to follow-ups.

Required skills

• Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital communication platforms.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
