Education Counselor (Sales)

About the role

IMC Certifications is looking for a motivated, target-oriented Education Counselor in Lahore to guide prospective students, promote its professional certification programs, manage sales leads and turn inquiries into confirmed enrollments. The position is full-time and on-site, Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students and handle assigned leads.
• Provide information and guidance about certification programs.
• Follow up on leads promptly to create enrollment opportunities.
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions.
• Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.
• Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in education sales, admissions, student counselling or telesales.
• EdTech or education sales experience is an advantage.

Required skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
