Education Program Manager

About the role

Efekta is seeking an Education Program Manager to lead large‑scale learning initiatives in Karachi. You will act as a consultant, project manager and data analyst to help public‑sector and educational institutions improve intercultural communication and language skills.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and manage learning programs serving thousands of learners.
• Collaborate with clients to define KPIs, success criteria and deliverables.
• Monitor learning outcomes, report results and drive account renewals.
• Identify and resolve issues quickly with creative solutions.
• Share best‑practice guidelines with the broader team.
• Support sales teams during tenders and negotiations with project‑management expertise.
• Travel 30‑50% of the time to client sites across the territory.

Required profile

• Highly organized, customer‑focused professional with a proven track record of delivering training programs.
• Strong analytical mindset able to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills for building long‑term client partnerships.
• Experience working in K‑12 or higher‑education environments is preferred.
• Ability to adapt responsibilities as the business evolves.
