Educational Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Educational Consultant to join our Lahore office. In this on‑site role you will meet prospective students and their families, understand their academic background, career ambitions and migration goals, and provide personalised advice on suitable programmes and institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct face‑to‑face, phone and online consultations with clients to assess their needs.
• Explain admission requirements, application procedures and required documentation.
• Assist clients with form completion, interview preparation and timeline management.
• Maintain accurate client records and perform regular follow‑ups to ensure a smooth advisory experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues on outreach activities, information sessions and continuous improvement of consulting practices.

Required profile

• Strong ability to assess individual educational and migration needs.
• Solid understanding of education systems, programme options and migration pathways.
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Professional, empathetic customer service attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Social Sciences or a related field; prior experience in academic advising or migration consultancy is highly beneficial.
