Educational Counselor Intern

About the role

Border and Bridges Pvt Ltd, an ICEF-accredited education and immigration consultancy in Lahore, is hiring Educational Counselor Interns for its onsite team. This is a hands-on internship to start a career in education counseling and sales, learn the study-abroad industry from the ground up, and grow into a full-time role based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students and parents, understand their goals and guide them toward suitable study-abroad options.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, WhatsApp and walk-ins professionally and helpfully.
• Support the counseling team with profile assessments and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions.
• Work toward monthly enrollment and engagement targets.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates or students in their final year are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in sales, counseling or customer service is a plus but not required.
• Target-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Confidence, a positive attitude and the ability to work in a team.
