About the role
The Electrical Draftsman will join the drafting team at DAR Engineering to support power transmission and distribution projects. The role involves producing detailed drawings, schedules and documentation under the guidance of lead engineers.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare drafting, detailing and scheduling work as instructed by Lead Engineer and Engineer.
- Assist the project team with deliverables, ensure timely production and quality of allocated works.
- Support project engineer in BOQ take‑off and manage printing and organization of submittals with required QMS documentation.
- Coordinate submittal delivery, record keeping and maintain QA/QC drawing standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or technical field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in drafting, detailing or related technical work.
- Ability to follow QA/QC procedures and maintain accurate records.
