Electrical Engineer – Distribution Networks & Solar Microgrids

About the role

SolutionMall is seeking an Electrical Engineer specialized in distribution networks and solar microgrids to support its power system and renewable energy projects in Pakistan. The role blends technical expertise with customer communication, helping to clarify project requirements, match solutions, and advance early‑stage initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with utilities, EPC firms, industrial facilities, and other stakeholders to gather technical requirements.
• Identify and recommend appropriate distribution network products, solar PV components, and microgrid solutions.
• Assist in the preparation of RFQs, coordinate quotations, and support the procurement process.
• Provide technical feedback on local market conditions and product availability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate solution matching and project progression.

Required profile

• Professional experience in power systems, electrical engineering, or related fields.
• Familiarity with medium‑ and low‑voltage distribution networks, transformers, switchgear, and electrical panels.
• Knowledge of solar photovoltaic systems and microgrid architectures.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers and contractors.
