Electrical Officer

About the role

We are looking for an Electrical Officer to manage day‑to‑day electrical maintenance at our factory and head office. The role ensures that all machinery and building systems operate reliably through preventive and corrective actions.

Key responsibilities

• Follow the preventive and corrective maintenance schedule for machines, equipment, and building systems.
• Minimise machine breakdowns to stay below 2 % annually.
• Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting and repairs of electrical panels, wiring, lights, motors and control systems.
• Assist in the upkeep of HVAC, generators, UPS and other electrical systems at both sites.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks and breakdown history.
• Adhere to safety protocols and standards at all times.
• Report recurring issues and required spare parts to the supervisor promptly.

Required profile

• DAE in Electrical Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in an industrial setting.
• Basic knowledge of electrical troubleshooting, motor controls and safety standards.
• Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergencies.
• Team‑player attitude with responsibility toward work.
