Email Marketing Assistant

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a resourceful Email Marketing Assistant to support the planning, execution, and analysis of email campaigns. This remote position is ideal for an organized individual who enjoys coordinating marketing assets, engaging with community members, and providing administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and scheduling of email campaigns using platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
• Organize campaign assets, contact lists, and segment updates to ensure smooth execution.
• Track performance metrics and compile clear reports for internal stakeholders.
• Maintain SOPs, campaign checklists, and shared resource libraries.
• Support return‑trend tracking by analyzing portal data and summarizing findings.
• Respond to community engagement via direct messages, ad comments, and customer threads.
• Collaborate with account managers on marketing updates and ad‑hoc administrative tasks.
• Research competitive campaigns and industry trends when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in email marketing, digital coordination, or administrative support.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities calmly and clearly.
• Excellent written communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Klaviyo or Mailchimp (or comparable email marketing platforms).
• Excel or Google Sheets for data handling.
• Project‑management tools such as Asana or ClickUp.
