Email Marketing Manager – Remote (Full‑Time Contractor)

About the role

Mint Source is seeking an Email Marketing Manager to support a UK‑based Klaviyo Platinum Partner agency. You will own email and SMS strategy for 5‑7 e‑commerce brands, guiding campaigns from planning through optimization while acting as the primary client liaison.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute email and SMS marketing strategies using Klaviyo and related platforms.
• Manage end‑to‑end campaign delivery, including strategy, setup, QA, launch, and post‑campaign analysis.
• Serve as the main client contact, attend meetings, share weekly performance reports, and respond to queries via Slack and email.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and technicians to ensure timely, accurate campaign launches.
• Monitor and optimize open rates, click‑through rates, and revenue contribution.
• Run A/B tests, manage segmentation, and build automations to boost engagement and conversions.
• Ensure compliance with CAN‑SPAM, GDPR, and internal quality standards.
• Track tasks and timelines using ClickUp and Slack.

Required profile

• 3.5+ years of hands‑on e‑commerce email and SMS marketing experience.
• Strong expertise with Klaviyo (certification preferred) and ability to handle multiple brand accounts.
• Excellent written and spoken English with confidence in client‑facing communication.
• Data‑driven mindset capable of spotting issues, recommending improvements, and acting on insights.
• Experience in fashion or apparel email marketing is a plus.
