Endpoint Systems Engineer II

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Systems Engineer II to lead and evolve our enterprise endpoint management strategy across Windows, macOS, and iOS devices. The role focuses on security, reliability and automation using SCCM/MECM, Intune, Autopilot and related tools.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and enhance SCCM/MECM, Intune, Autopilot, SCOM, Bomgar and ControlUp platforms, supporting hybrid on‑premises and cloud environments.
• Design and execute OS, application and third‑party patching strategies, monitor compliance and minimize end‑user impact.
• Manage Windows, macOS and iOS device enrollment, compliance policies, application deployment and security baselines through Intune.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation workflows, explore AI‑assisted tools and identify opportunities to reduce manual effort.
• Serve as escalation point for complex endpoint issues, collaborate with NOC, Service Desk, security and application teams, and work with vendors on root‑cause analysis.
• Create and maintain architectural diagrams, runbooks and technical standards to support team consistency and onboarding.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in Windows endpoint management with SCCM/MECM, Intune co‑management and Autopilot in enterprise settings.
• Proven experience designing patching and compliance programs for hybrid environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with NOC, Service Desk and security teams.
• Proactive approach to operational risk management and continuous improvement.
