Endpoint Systems Engineer (Tools) – I/II

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Systems Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of our enterprise endpoint environment. You will work across Windows, macOS, and iOS platforms, using SCCM/MECM, Intune, Autopilot and related tools to improve security, reliability, and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and enhance SCCM/MECM, Intune, Autopilot, SCOM, Bomgar and ControlUp platforms.
• Design and execute OS, application and third‑party patching strategies, monitoring compliance via SCCM/MECM and SCOM.
• Manage Windows, macOS and iOS device enrollment, compliance policies, application deployment and security baselines.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation workflows to reduce manual effort and increase operational efficiency.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex endpoint issues, collaborating with NOC, Service Desk, security and application teams.
• Create and maintain architectural diagrams, runbooks and technical standards.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience with Windows endpoint management (SCCM/MECM, Intune, co‑management, Autopilot).
• Strong background in patching, compliance reporting and endpoint security in hybrid environments.
• Experience managing macOS and iOS devices.
• Proven ability to develop runbooks, technical documentation and work with enterprise ticketing systems.
