We are seeking an Engineering Manager to join Zones’ Digital Innovation Center and lead a core team of engineers in delivering complex, enterprise‑scale technology solutions. The role sits within the digital transformation executive team of a $2 billion global IT services provider and offers the chance to shape the company’s next‑generation digital platform.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, mentor and manage a high‑performing engineering team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
• Partner with software architects, product managers and senior executives to define technical road‑maps and prioritize delivery.
• Oversee the design, development and deployment of large‑scale solutions on tight timelines.
• Ensure engineering best practices, quality standards and continuous improvement across projects.
• Drive alignment between engineering output and the broader business transformation objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading engineering teams in fast‑paced, enterprise environments.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with ability to translate strategic vision into actionable technical plans.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders and customers.

Required skills
