Enterprise Account Manager – Government (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to lead the acquisition and growth of government contracts for a global software development leader. This remote position focuses on building relationships with federal, state, and local agencies to expand the adoption of our enterprise technology platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies targeting government stakeholders and decision‑makers.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities across federal, state, and local agencies.
• Collaborate with product, legal, and finance teams to tailor solutions that meet public‑sector procurement requirements.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with government contracting regulations and reporting standards.
• Maintain accurate pipeline metrics, manage contract renewals, and drive revenue growth.

Required profile

• Proven track record in government sales, business development, or account management.
• Familiarity with U.S. federal, state, or local procurement processes and compliance frameworks.
• Strong negotiation and contract management capabilities.
• Ability to analyze market trends and public‑sector spending data.
• Experience selling enterprise software or technology platforms.
