Enterprise Architect – Remote Cloud & Infrastructure Role

About the role

We are seeking a remote Enterprise Architect to design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud and on‑premises infrastructure that powers cutting‑edge AI models. The role is contract‑based and part‑time, offering the chance to influence how AI systems learn and operate across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage infrastructure on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and using Terraform.
• Monitor system and network performance, proactively resolving issues to ensure high availability.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, and deployment with IaC tools such as Ansible, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Implement network virtualization and storage solutions to optimise performance and scalability.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation while adhering to security and compliance standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001).

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud security.
• Hands‑on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker).
• Solid understanding of networking, virtualization, and storage architectures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Proven problem‑solving abilities to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
