Enterprise Architect (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud and on‑premises infrastructure that supports cutting‑edge AI model development. This remote, contract position offers the chance to work with a global AI leader and influence how AI systems learn and perform across diverse industries.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage scalable infrastructure on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and using Terraform.
• Monitor system and network performance, proactively resolving issues to ensure high availability.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, and deployment with IaC tools such as Ansible, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Implement network virtualization and storage solutions to optimise performance and scalability.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation while adhering to security best practices and compliance standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001).

Required profile

• In‑depth knowledge of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud security.
• Strong experience with infrastructure‑as‑code tools (Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker).
• Proficiency in networking, virtualization, and storage system design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
