Enterprise Sales Manager

About the role

Huawei is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to lead its distribution and partner ecosystem across major Pakistani cities. The role focuses on driving sales performance, expanding the partner network, and delivering market insights.

Key responsibilities

• Own regional distribution sales revenue and shipment targets, ensuring annual sales and sell‑out goals are met.
• Track partner business plans, align with them, and accelerate partner sales orders to achieve their annual targets.
• Produce regular market insight reports covering regional economy, market segments, and distributor performance.
• Plan and optimise the partner ecosystem, including gold, e‑commerce, elite, and subcontractor partners.
• Develop subcontractor strategies, support recruitment, activation and repeat purchases to improve market coverage.
• Organise enablement programmes for partners, enhancing sales, technical, policy and marketing capabilities.

Required profile

• Strong connections in the gold‑medal and engineering business circles for regional distribution in Pakistan.
• Familiarity with mainstream engineering firms in Islamabad and proven distribution experience, especially with products such as TP‑Link and Ruiyi.
• Basic technical background in Huawei’s enterprise product domain and experience working with other OEM manufacturers.
• Understanding of Huawei’s eKit product portfolio.
