ERP Intern – Business Systems Support

About the role

The ERP Intern will support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the organization’s Enterprise Resource Planning system. Working closely with IT and business operations, the intern will gain practical experience across finance, supply chain, procurement, HR, and inventory modules. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate eager to develop skills in business process analysis and system configuration.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in configuring, testing, and documenting ERP modules under senior guidance.
• Gather and document business requirements from finance, operations, and HR users.
• Support data entry, cleansing, and migration activities to ensure data integrity.
• Participate in user acceptance testing, log issues, and verify resolutions.
• Prepare and update process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Provide first‑level support to end users and escalate complex issues.
• Create basic reports and dashboards to aid business decision‑making.
• Attend project meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.

Required profile

• Student or recent graduate pursuing a career in information systems, business analysis, or enterprise technology.
• Strong analytical mindset with interest in cross‑functional business processes.
