Executive Assistant

About the role

The Executive Assistant will support senior management at Pivot Global Pvt Ltd, a leading supplier of livestock feed ingredients. This entry‑level position offers a fast‑paced environment where you will gain hands‑on experience in office administration and client coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and organise executives’ calendars, schedule meetings and arrange travel logistics.
• Handle incoming and outgoing emails, draft correspondence and manage document filing.
• Prepare expense reports, track receipts and keep accurate financial records.
• Coordinate communication between clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support, including data entry and office supply management.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive, self‑motivated attitude.
• Recent graduate, intern or candidate with little or no professional experience.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
