Executive Assistant (On-site)

About the role

The Executive Assistant will work on‑site in Rahim Yar Khan, providing daily administrative and executive support to senior leadership. This full‑time position requires high attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced digital marketing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage executives’ calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Prepare and process expense reports and maintain accurate financial records.
• Organise documents, draft correspondence and support internal communications.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records, files and databases for leadership.
• Assist in creating presentations, reports and other business materials.
• Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Serve as a primary point of contact between executives, team members and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in executive administrative support and expense report management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, work independently and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Previous experience supporting senior leadership or in a digital marketing/lead generation setting is an advantage.
• A relevant diploma or degree in business administration or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

• Proficiency with office productivity tools such as spreadsheets, word processing, email and scheduling software.
