Executive Assistant & Project Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

HR Business Solutions is seeking an Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator to support finance, technology, marketing and legal initiatives for its portfolio companies. The role is fully remote, based in Pakistan, and requires alignment with New York business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Support technology and alternative investment projects, including SPV‑based transactions.
• Build and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets and financial databases, and assist with investment research.
• Drive marketing, customer acquisition, affiliate marketing and SEO keyword research to grow Impact Wealth Magazine and related businesses.
• Redline contracts, coordinate with legal counsel, and create high‑impact investor pitch decks.
• Ensure availability until 5:00 PM EST and provide weekend support during peak publication cycles.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience as an Executive Assistant or Project Coordinator, preferably in investment banking, corporate law, private equity or elite consulting.
• Paralegal or contract‑redlining experience is highly valued.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to drive multi‑million‑dollar initiatives independently under tight deadlines.
• Flawless written and verbal English and comfortable using advanced AI tools.
