Executive Assistant – Remote

About the role

TalentPop App is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support its remote leadership team. In this full‑time position you will help streamline daily operations, manage schedules, and ensure smooth communication across the e‑commerce focused organization.

Key responsibilities

• Organize calendars, inboxes and priorities to keep leaders focused.
• Schedule meetings, coordinate travel and track project milestones.
• Serve as a professional point of contact for internal communication and coordination.
• Improve operational efficiency by refining systems, processes and workflows.
• Prepare documents, reports and research needed for meetings and planning.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience as an administrative or executive assistant.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a professional approach.
• Resourceful, proactive mindset capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Comfortable using productivity and communication tools and quick to learn new systems.
• Available full‑time (40 hours/week) during U.S. business hours.
• Stable internet (≥25 Mbps) and a personal PC/laptop with Intel i5 or equivalent, 8 GB RAM.
