Executive Assistant to Chief Marketing Officer

About the role

We are seeking a sharp, organized, and highly proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) in daily execution, coordination, and management of marketing operations. This role serves as the central hub between the CMO, internal teams, external partners, and leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the CMO’s calendar, meetings, reminders, and daily priorities; prepare agendas, notes, and action trackers.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings with departments, vendors, agencies, partners, and leadership.
• Track marketing campaigns, content plans, events, launches, and brand initiatives; maintain campaign trackers and project timelines.
• Draft internal emails, updates, reminders, and meeting summaries on behalf of the CMO.
• Liaise with agencies, vendors, event organizers, media partners, and production teams; collect quotations, proposals, invoices, and deliverables.
• Maintain organized files, folders, trackers, and records for marketing operations; prepare basic reports and progress updates.
• Assist in coordinating marketing events, exhibitions, shoots, activations, and campaigns.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented, fast‑moving, and comfortable working across multiple teams, campaigns, vendors, calendars, and deadlines.
• Ability to think ahead, follow up relentlessly, and manage confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; capable of bringing structure to a fast‑paced environment.
