Executive Customer Operations Manager

About the role

PTCL Group is seeking an Executive Customer Operations Manager to drive business growth by acquiring new customers and delivering high‑quality network installations. The role focuses on expanding services in potential and dry areas, rehabilitating faulty network segments, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire and provide administrative services to new customers while meeting daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Plan and execute network optimization, expansion, and rehabilitation projects.
• Monitor and achieve installation, service KPIs and revenue targets for the assigned territory.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain accurate data for all network elements and oversee timely issue rectification (MTTR, MTTP, CHI, quality of installation).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Software, Computer Science, Networking or related fields).
• Proven ability to manage service standards, customer relationships and quality/complaint processes.
• Strong project management and technical planning capabilities.
