Executive Finance – Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Finance Executive to join our Finance team on a night‑shift schedule. The role involves managing core accounting activities, supporting month‑end and year‑end close, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve outstanding items.
• Prepare and post accurate journal entries in the ERP system.
• Record, review, and reconcile corporate credit‑card and employee expense transactions.
• Support customer billing and invoicing processes.
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing, including account reconciliations and supporting schedules.
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports.
• Review General Ledger balances and investigate unusual transactions.
• Support management reporting and variance analysis.
• Maintain accounting records for audit and compliance purposes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve accounting‑related issues and ensure adherence to policies and internal controls.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Part‑qualified ACCA, CA, or CMA preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with journal entries and General Ledger accounting.
• Bank and account reconciliation expertise.
• Month‑end and year‑end closing experience.
• Financial reporting proficiency.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS).
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems; Sage Intacct preferred.
