Executive HR & Finance

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Executive HR & Finance to support daily HR, payroll, finance, accounting, taxation, and administrative tasks. The role bridges human resources and finance functions, ensuring accurate records, timely processing, and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the full monthly payroll cycle, including salaries, attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, loans, advances, and recoveries.
• Maintain up‑to‑date employee records, attendance logs, leave balances, and payroll documentation.
• Respond to routine employee queries regarding salaries, deductions, attendance, leave, and company policies.
• Support onboarding, transfers, confirmations, promotions, and employee exits.
• Track employee loans, advances, and salary deductions.
• Prepare payroll‑related reports and employee data for management review.
• Handle day‑to‑day accounting and finance transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare payment vouchers, receipts, and journal entries.

Required profile

• Practical knowledge of payroll processing, employee record keeping, attendance and leave management.
• Understanding of accounting transactions, income tax, withholding tax, and MS Excel.
• Familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, journal entries, payroll documentation, and statutory reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
