Executive Legal

About the role

We are looking for an Executive Legal professional to support our legal and corporate governance functions. The role provides both legal and operational assistance, helping to strengthen internal controls, ensure regulatory compliance and manage litigation efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal and operational support to maintain robust internal controls and compliance frameworks.
• Assist in managing litigation matters, coordinate with external counsel and track case status.
• Operate financial and administrative systems, including invoice creation and processing.
• Support preparation, monitoring and management of the department’s budget.
• Maintain an organized repository of legal documents, ensuring proper archiving and retrieval in line with retention policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably an LLB.
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, including advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to prepare structured legal documents, data‑driven reports and professional presentations.
• Experience with ERP or other financial systems.
