Executive Officer - Snack Manufacturing

About the role

A snack manufacturing company in Lahore is looking for an Executive Officer to support its management team in running the business efficiently. The role covers coordination of administrative functions, oversight of daily operations and communication between departments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing daily operations so they align with company goals
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments for smooth workflow and project delivery
• Prepare and present operational reports covering performance metrics, challenges and improvement opportunities
• Oversee special projects and initiatives to ensure timely completion and alignment with strategy
• Handle administrative tasks such as meeting scheduling, correspondence and record keeping

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in an operations or administrative role, preferably in manufacturing
• Strong organizational, communication and analytical skills, with the ability to multitask

Preferred: familiarity with manufacturing processes and operational best practices. Salary is competitive and depends on qualifications and experience.
