Management Intern - Engineering Company

About the role

An engineering company serving the pharmaceuticals, food and bio-tech sectors is looking for a Management Intern for its office and projects in Lahore. This is a full-time, on-site entry-level position with opportunities to grow laterally within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily management activities, such as coordinating with engineering and projects teams of clients to maintain communication and follow-ups
• Prepare reports and presentations
• Gather and analyze data on operations and projects
• Support process documentation and workflow improvements
• Help with administrative tasks and contribute to internal meetings
• Take part in learning activities related to engineering solutions and client service

Required profile

• Foundational knowledge of engineering (mechanical, electronics and/or electrical), supported by ongoing studies or a recent degree
• Ability to work on-site in Lahore and adapt to field and office environments
• Eagerness to learn about engineering solutions, project management and client service in industrial sectors

Required skills

• Hands-on knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including working with data and preparing reports
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, able to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with basic office software (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations) and willingness to learn new tools
