Executive Resource Management

About the role

PTCL Group is seeking an Executive Resource Management professional to oversee the allocation, management and optimisation of resources for its sales team. The role ensures that personnel, tools and budgets are aligned with sales targets and deadlines, supporting the company’s digital transformation agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the allocation of personnel, tools and financial assets across sales support projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales managers to guarantee the sales team has the resources needed to achieve targets.
• Monitor resource usage, adjust allocations and forecast manpower needs based on the sales pipeline and projected activities.
• Manage the budget for sales support, track expenses, and provide regular reports on resource utilisation to senior management.
• Select, deploy and optimise sales support tools such as CRM systems, reporting platforms and communication solutions, ensuring they are up‑to‑date and well integrated.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that deliver data‑driven insights for strategic planning and resource optimisation.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to monitor and optimise resource efficiency.
• Experience working closely with sales managers and cross‑functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and produce clear utilisation reports.
• Excellent organisational skills to schedule and assign support staff for critical sales activities.
